In Champaign, IL, home of the University of Illinois:
One may not pee in his neighbor’s mouth.

Think they've seen a few too many frat parties in those parts????

In Chicago:
It is forbidden to fish while sitting on a giraffe’s neck.
It is legal to protest naked in front of city hall as long as you are under seventeen years of age and have legal permits.

And others:
It is considered an offense to attempt to have sex with one’s dog.
Bowling is forbidden.
No bicyclist may practice “fancy riding” on any city street.
There is a $1,000 dollar fine for beating rats with baseball bats.

But, these take the cake:
A rooster must step back three hundred feet from any residence if he wishes to crow.
Bees are not allowed to fly over the village or through any of Kriland’s streets.

Frightening a baby is in violation of the law.

clothlines are banned but your clothing may be drapped over a fence


Minors are not allowed to purchase cap pistols, however they may buy shotguns freely.

Minors can buy rolling paper and tobacco but not lighters.
a man and women must be related or married to live together (my aunt and uncle had to get married or move)

some cities won't allow single moms to live there
no more than 4 women living in an apartment together


no smoking inside your home or in your front yard even if you own your home
