I did not have a cigarette at all yesterday. So I am going on day 2.

I was told when I quit that it takes around 48 hours for your body to completely rid itself of all nicotine. So if you have made it 2 days all the physical "withdrawal" is over, now it is just a mind game.:D

I went to the car races last night to watch my best friends husband race. Well there is nothing but smokers at these things and there is no ordinance to stop them from smoking in the stands and they all were. I was surrounded by smoke and cigarettes and it grossed me out, and not once did I want one. God is so good I praise him for that. Knowing what kind of environment I would be in and he stepped in and took the desire away.

Praise God. Isnt He awesome... You were right in front of the enemy and God gave you the strength to Stand:clapping::clapping:

That is a incredable steep, to be around smokers and not give is a very hard thing to do when tring to quit. To this day 90% of the times I do want one it is in just that type of sanerio.
